I'd just like to bring something to your attention that i just found out about awhile ago. I heard on NPR(National Public Radio) that slavery is still happening today in the United States despite the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 1956 UN Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery, the Slave Trade and Institutions and Practices Similar to Slavery. I just wanted to get your opinion.

I support slavery. I believe it is good for the economy and moral in America.
:-| I hope I don't have to say just kidding.
To be honest, I'm really not surprised. Just adding to the list of inhumanities that occurs (trafficking in underage girl prostitution.. stuff, etc.). Meh.

Well, I'm not surprised. I remember seeing a TV show, Boston Legal I think, and it was this person who was a slave to a wife and husband, and the husband had sex with the slave, and was going to make the children of the slave also slaves, so the slave ended up shooting the slaveowner. The slaveowner brought the "family" from Iraq I think, but the crime took place in America. The wife was mad at the slave, and thought of it as "unjustly". It ended up winning in favor of the slave.
My point is this: If your a slave, you want to be one. You could walk down any corner of the street, and somehow find a way to be free, whether running away, going to the Police station, telling someone to get help secretly, or even stabbing someone to get into jail and be free in there, any of those would work.
In America slavery is an option, even to slaves.
*Correct me if I'm wrong*
What do you guys think?

What about the large amount of people, children or otherwise, that are trafficked in from other countries to work here? Where's the free will in that?
